1. Returns

We want you to be happy with your purchase! If you are not satisfied, you can return most items within 30 days of receiving your order for a full refund or exchange, subject to the conditions below:

  • Eligibility for Return: To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it. We do not accept returns on items that have been opened, used, or damaged.
  • Non-returnable Items: Some items may not be eligible for return due to hygiene or safety concerns, such as baby care products, personal items, and gift cards. These items are clearly marked on our website and are non-returnable.

2. How to Return an Item

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us: Email us at info@pupubabygift.com within 30 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and the reason for the return. We will provide you with return instructions and a return authorization.

  2. Pack the Item: Carefully pack the item in its original packaging, along with all accessories, manuals, or documents that came with it. If the original packaging is damaged or missing, this may affect your refund.

  3. Return Shipping: The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping service for returns. We are not responsible for items that are lost or damaged during return shipping.

3. Refunds

Once we receive your returned item and verify its condition, we will process your refund. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

  • Processing Time: Refunds may take up to 7-10 business days to process after we receive the returned item. Please allow additional time for your payment provider to process the refund to your account.
  • Refund Amount: We will refund the purchase price of the item(s) minus the shipping and handling fees. If the return is a result of our error (damaged, defective, or incorrect items), we will cover the return shipping costs.

4. Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item for a different size, color, or product, you can request an exchange within 30 days of receiving your order. Follow the same process for returns, and once we receive your returned item, we will send out the new item at no additional charge (if the exchange is due to an item error).
